How is my order delivered?
Each shop packs and ships its own pieces from Vietnam, and you'll see each shop's order on your orders page.

When your bag holds pieces from more than one shop, each shop gets its own order. You pay once at checkout, and each order then moves on its own.
How do I return a piece?
Returns follow each shop's own return policy; request one from the order page after delivery.
Go to your ordersHow is a return refunded?
An accepted return refunds your whole order to your original payment method.
How do I pay?
At checkout you pay by card or wallet on our payment partner's secure page, then come back to Sunsosea to see your order.

How do I change the language?
