When your bag holds pieces from more than one shop, each shop gets its own order. You pay once at checkout, and each order then moves on its own.

Open Orders & returns in your account. Each order shows its current status there and on its own page.

Yes, once it is paid and until the shop starts delivering it. Cancel from the order page; the full amount is refunded to your original payment method.

Returns follow each shop's own return policy; request one from the order page after delivery.

A delivered order shows when its return window closes on the order page. You can request a return until then.

An accepted return refunds your whole order to your original payment method.

Yes. Add up to 5 photos, JPG or PNG, to show the shop what is wrong.

At checkout you pay by card or wallet on our payment partner's secure page, then come back to Sunsosea to see your order.

No. You pay on our payment partner's secure page; Sunsosea never stores your card.

Choose English or Tiếng Việt under Language in your account, or with the language switch at the foot of every page.

Choose Forgot password on the sign-in page and we will email you a link to set a new one.

Add, edit or remove addresses, and choose your default, under Addresses in your account.

Apply on our seller site, then add your story, photos and products. Your shop goes live once our team has verified it.

Yes. Each piece is listed in English and Vietnamese, so every shopper reads it in their own language.
