Where we ship from

Every shop on Sunsosea ships from Vietnam. Each shop packs and sends its own parcel.

Delivery

When your bag holds pieces from more than one shop, you pay once and each shop gets its own order, so your pieces may arrive in separate parcels. Shipping is worked out per shop at checkout.

You'll see each order's status on your orders page and on the order's own page. It changes as the shop sends your order, and again when it is delivered.

Go to your orders

Returns follow each shop's policy. Request a return from the order page within the return window. An accepted return refunds your whole order.

  • A delivered order shows on its page when the return window closes
  • Choose the pieces and a reason for the return
  • Add up to 5 photos, JPG or PNG, if they help
Go to your orders

An accepted return refunds your whole order to your original payment method. If you cancel a paid order before the shop starts delivering it, the full amount is refunded the same way.
