What do I need to apply?
A Sunsosea account, your label's details and a business document. Our team reviews them before your shop goes live.
Do I list my pieces in both languages?
Yes. Each piece has an English and a Vietnamese name and description, so every shopper reads it in their own language.
Who ships my orders?
You do. You pack and send each order from your studio, and mark it as delivering and then delivered in your seller console.
How do returns work?
Buyers request a return from their order page, with a reason and photos if they like. You see each request in your seller console.
